BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is the most popular graphical language for modeling business processes. Participants of the training learn how to create various kinds of BPMN diagrams. During practical exercises, participants create BPMN diagrams and learn to use proven patterns and best practices in order to accurately represent business world.

Day 2.

  1. Cooperation diagrams, exchange of messages.
  2. Subprocesses.
  3. Transactions.

Day 3.

  1. Dealing with exceptions in business processes.
  2. Choreography diagrams.
  3. Conversation diagrams.
